MANTA’s master plan was thoughtfully conceived to create a sense of connection — between architecture, nature, and privacy. The 15 boutique lofts are arranged around a central swimming pool that serves as the heart of the project, offering each residence serene views and a feeling of openness.

Each loft enjoys direct or visual access to lush tropical landscaping and the common areas, while maintaining the seclusion expected from a boutique development. Natural light, cross ventilation, and fluid transitions between interior and exterior spaces are central to the design.
